It has to be by the third party. ②个人物品出口报关委托书 The certificate of your profile. Please download the document from the section below first, and the template and edit it. ③发票声明书 INVOICE STATEMENT the Invoice Statement of your artwork. Please download the document from the section below first, and the template and edit it. Please print all the documents above and hand them to the DHL driver. Otherwise, we cannot take any responsibility for the damage, lost, delay etc… of the artwork. Also, please be informed that the process of the customs usually takes a long time for the delivery from China to overseas.
