Status of artwork: Please let us know whether you have the artwork available and send images of the front and back of the artwork within 2 days of purchase.
Please note that if we do not hear from you within 4 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled.
Prepare for packing: Please refer to the Packing Manual for packing instructions.
Limited edition prints: Please provide us with the edition number.

Desired pickup date and time(*Depending on your pickup address, the DHL pickup service may not be available. If so, please contact the DHL facility and take the package there to ship it.)

After confirming the packaging images and shipping information above, we will arrange delivery and contact you with invoice documents and the pickup date.
Please print out the invoice document and hand it to the pickup driver together with the work.

We will track your artwork until it's delivered to the customer safely.
