You can filter them by the status of approval, display on our website, stock, etc.

Edit - edit or add information regarding your artwork
Duplicate - copy the registration to avoid repeating the process in case your artworks are similar (be careful when changing the details, as two exactly the same artworks will not be approved)
Translate - all information on our website is automatically translated. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the artwork description translation, you can edit it in this tab. Available languages are German, English, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese Mandarin.
Hide - hide the artwork from our website (it is a reversible process)
Delete - permanently delete the artwork registration
Stock Management - change the inventory status of your work.

Artwork Status

After you register your artwork, it will be in the “Pending” status. It might take up to 2-3 business days for your artwork to be approved.

When our curators review and approve your artwork, its status will change the “Approved”

In case there is some missing or incorrect information that needs to be changed, the status will change to “Unapproved”.
You will receive a separate email with details of the error.
※ In case the status is “ Unapproved” right after you registered your artwork, please go back to it and check if all the necessary data is inserted.

1) By clicking on the question mark, you can check the reason for unapproval.
2) After updating the required section, please request re-approval by pressing the “Request re-approval” button.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I register my work but it’s not up on the website. What should I do? A: Our curators will check all registered artworks and they will be uploaded once checked. Please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days for an artwork to be approved and shown on our website.
Q: My artwork was sold on another platform/offline/etc. What should I do now? A: As soon as your artwork was sold on another platform/offline, please change its Stock to 0 (zero). You can do so, in two ways: ① by going to your Artist MyPage → Artwork List → the sold artwork → edit (pencil mark on the right side) → Stock: 0 ② by going to your Artist MyPage → Artwork List → Action tab → Stock Management → Sold Out After you do so, the artwork will be marked as Sold Out on our website.
